Your New Role

Based on the jobsite and reporting to the Superintendent, you’ll drive daily operations across commercial and industrial projects throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area. You’ll handle:

  • Coordinating material orders, deliveries, and inventory control

  • Managing daily/weekly look-ahead schedules with field leadership

  • Tracking labor hours and production output

  • Organizing all jobsite documentation, including drawings, RFIs, change orders, and inspection reports

  • Supporting layout, quality inspections, and punchlist management

  • Completing daily reports, safety checklists, and logistical coordination

  • Communicating with vendors, general contractors, and internal teams

  • Assisting with forecasting of labor and materials needs

Job requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in commercial or industrial electrical construction

  • Strong organizational and communication skills

  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and construction software like Procore or PlanGrid

  • Team-focused mindset and willingness to learn

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Preferred but Not Required:

  • Texas Journeyman Electrician License

  • Experience supporting a Superintendent or Project Manager

  • OSHA 30 certification
