Your New Role
Based on the jobsite and reporting to the Superintendent, you’ll drive daily operations across commercial and industrial projects throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area. You’ll handle:
Coordinating material orders, deliveries, and inventory control
Managing daily/weekly look-ahead schedules with field leadership
Tracking labor hours and production output
Organizing all jobsite documentation, including drawings, RFIs, change orders, and inspection reports
Supporting layout, quality inspections, and punchlist management
Completing daily reports, safety checklists, and logistical coordination
Communicating with vendors, general contractors, and internal teams
Assisting with forecasting of labor and materials needs

Job requirements
4–6 years of experience in commercial or industrial electrical construction
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and construction software like Procore or PlanGrid
Team-focused mindset and willingness to learn
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Preferred but Not Required:
Texas Journeyman Electrician License
Experience supporting a Superintendent or Project Manager
OSHA 30 certification
